Today’s guest is Martha Velez, Sales and Education lead for one of Texas’ TOP craft hemp brands Oak Cliff Cultivators. As a former public school administrator, Martha was on the frontlines of the War on Drugs until her husband, a former Marine, showed her the way to relief, relaxation, and belly laughs with cannabis. Since then Martha has been working tirelessly to educate her home state about the healing properties of cannabis and hemp in all its consumable & topical forms. Martha shares about her experience with peri-menopause and cannabis as her chosen treatment path, and her on-screen involvement as a subject in the upcoming documentary by Gibbs Media, “The Change: Unleashing the Wild Woman”.
