In this super-special 25th episode of feminized, I bring you the person who opened her arms to us 4 years ago and served as our ambassador to proper cannabis culture in Texas, Mary Jae Graham-Anciso. As the owner of Texas’ most inclusive cannabis dispensary, Jae nurtures our community with love, education, and a huge variety of cannabis consumables and products that bear the MARYJAE moniker. As a proud leader of the LGBTQ+ community in Austin, Jae wants everyone who walks into her doors to feel like they belong. This episode dropping on Cinco de Mayo is no coincidence; we were fortunate enough to hear Jae speak at the University of Texas recently about Navigating the Cannabis Industry as a Hispanic Woman and I couldn’t think of a more powerful way to commemorate this Mexican holiday than to offer wisdom and insight into what it’s like for hispanic women in this industry. Jae is interviewed by the President of the Texas Horns for Cannabis student organization.
Episode recorded in Austin, Texas by Patrick Pope.
